In case of EE approval: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its authentic packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchange items are redeemable for other eligible items or store credit within seven (7) days of acceptance notice. All returns and exchanges MUST be authorized by the Company before proceeding with the return. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on delivery address. Any shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable or irredeemable.
EUROPE ONLY: You are liable for the cost of shipping return items to us and a 10% restock fee is applicable. Any shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable or irredeemable.
Shipping costs are calculated at check-out based on delivery location. Free shipping is available to Canadian addresses for orders above $200 CAD. Delivery times may vary based on the delivery address and/or shipping method. Please note that shipping may not be accessible for some locations that are considered remote in or outside Canada.
