Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place from our website.

To exchange an item, it must be in its original condition— unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with tags attached, and in authentic packaging. Claims of defective, damaged, or lost items must be made within 10 days of the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase, so please attach a copy to your email request. Approved exchanges can be swapped for another eligible item or store credit within 7 days of receiving the acceptance notice via email. Returns must be authorized by GABRIEL MEETS, and returns without a return authorization will be refused or denied. 

EUROPE ONLY:  You are liable for the cost of shipping exchange/return items to us and a restock fee may be applicable. Any shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable or irredeemable.

Shipping costs are calculated at check-out based on delivery location. Free shipping is available to Canadian addresses for orders above $175 CAD (formerly $200 CAD). Delivery times may vary based on the delivery address and/or shipping method. Please note that shipping may not be accessible for some locations that are considered remote in or outside Canada.

We may modify our Shipping and Delivery Policy without prior notice.
