Refund Policy

We recommend that you read this Refund Policy carefully and revisit periodically as it may change from time to time without any prior notice. Please note that this Refund Policy does not apply to the practices of companies or websites which are not owned or controlled by us.

1. NO REFUNDS
All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

2. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any returns or exchange. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to an exchange or return for any purchase under any circumstances.

3. EXCHANGE EXCEPTION (EE).
Our exchange policy allows us to decide whether to accept or reject any exchange request at our discretion, without providing a reason. You recognize and agree that we are not obligated to offer any exceptions after final sale and no further changes can be made. You shall not be entitled to return or exchange on any purchased products. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange or EE.

To request an exchange exception, you can send an email to support@gabrielmeets.com with the subject "Exchange Exception". In the email, please provide detailed information about the incident; your name, your order number, and the reason for requesting an exchange or return. Please note that all returns and exchanges MUST be authorized by the Company before proceeding with the return. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on delivery address. Any shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable or irredeemable.

In case of EE approval: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its authentic packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchange items are redeemable for other eligible items or store credit within seven (7) days of acceptance notice.

4. EUROPE ONLY: European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above (1-3), if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its authentic packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*NOTE: You are liable for the cost of shipping exchange/return items to us and a restock fee may be applicable. Any shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable or irredeemable.
