Refund Policy
We recommend that you read this Refund Policy carefully and revisit it periodically as it may change from time to time. Please note that this Refund Policy does not apply to the practices of companies or websites that are not owned or controlled by us.
1. REFUNDS
GABRIEL MEETS accepts returns of products in their original condition for a refund of the purchase price, as long as they are accompanied by the original invoice issued at the time of purchase. Please note that a different return policy may apply to point-of-sale (POS) purchases. All products purchased on sale or clearance are final, and GABRIEL MEETS does not offer any money-back guarantees on these items. By purchasing an on-sale or clearance product, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
2. RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
Full-price Products, including those purchased via PayPal, must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery to gabrielmeets.com. All products purchased on sale or clearance are final, and GABRIEL MEETS does not offer returns or exchanges for on-sale or clearance items. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to an exchange or return for any purchase under any circumstances until an investigation has been successfully carried out and approved by GABRIEL MEETS. Returns must be authorized by GABRIEL MEETS, and returns without a return authorization will be refused or denied.
You can request an exchange by emailing support@gabrielmeets.com. Please ensure your email has the subject "Exchange" and includes a detailed description of the incident, the order number, Product SKU, and the reason for the exchange. If necessary, attach photo evidence. The request for an exchange will be subject to GABRIEL MEETS' approval or denial, which may occur without cause or explanation. You acknowledge and agree that we are not obligated to honor exchange exceptions for on-sale or clearance products.
To exchange an item, it must be in its original condition— unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with tags attached, and in authentic packaging. Claims of defective, damaged, or lost items must be made within 10 days of the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase, so please attach a copy to your email request. Approved exchanges can be swapped for another eligible item or store credit within 7 days of receiving the acceptance notice via email.
RESTOCKING FEE (GLOBAL):
A restocking fee of 10 percent will be charged on any returned items unless defective or prohibited by law. You are liable for the cost of shipping exchange/return items to us.
3. EUROPE ONLY: European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above (1-2), if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unused, with tags still attached and in its authentic packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, so please attach a copy to your email request. Claims of defective, damaged, or lost items must be made within 10 days of the date of purchase.
RESTOCKING FEE (EUROPE ONLY): A restocking fee of 10 percent will be charged on any returned items unless defective or prohibited by law. You are liable for the cost of shipping exchange/return items to us.
4. PROCESS REFUNDS
Merchandise returned to gabrielmeets.com will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive it. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We will make every effort to ensure a prompt refund, and you will receive an email notification once the return has been processed. Please note that the original shipping or handling charges paid, if any, at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
*NOTE:
GABRIEL MEETS reserves the right to refuse the return of any Product that does not meet the above return requirements at GABRIEL MEETS’ sole discretion. All items shipped for a refund must match those identified at the time of return request.
5. CANCELLATION:
- Please always thoroughly check your order details before submitting it.
- Processing occurs within ten minutes of placing your order, even outside of our operating hours.
- Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
